Action planning: clandestinely apply gold leafs, in geometric shapes, on the pages of books on Latin American history, located on the National Library of Spain.
The work was carried out for 45 days, during regular visits to
the library, registered with phone photographs, also prohibited
by the institution. To compose the exhibition of those photographs, 30 of them were selected from a total of 90 performed.
After a normal user registration, every day I leaned over the books to make the interventions with the gold leaves in
their pages, gluing them lightly with water and returning them
to the consulting shelves.
Spain is the central for the documentation on
the invasion of America. My main objective was, precisely, to
intervene directly on the main source of official discourses related to the theme. For this reason, I have visited monuments,
libraries and thematic museums for the accomplishment of
clandestine interventions.

Planos de ação: aplicar, clandestinamente, folhas de ouro em formas geométricas nos livros de história da América Latina do acervo da Biblioteca Nacional de España.
O trabalho foi realizado durante visitas regulares à biblioteca durante 45 dias, sendo registrado em fotografias de celular, também proibidas pela instituição. Para compor a exposição do registro, foram selecionadas 30 intervenções de um total de 90 realizadas.
Após a realização de um cadastro normal de usuário, a cada dia me debruçava sobre os livros para compor obstruções com as folhas de ouro, colando-as levemente com água nesses livros e devolvendo-os às prateleiras de consulta.
A Espanha, a meu ver, foi o centro de documentação do Descobrimento da América. Meu principal objetivo foi justamente o de intervir diretamente na matriz dos discursos oficiais relacionados ao tema. Por isso, recorri a monumentos, bibliotecas e museus temáticos para a realização das intervenções clandestinas.
