Fantasama, 2015

Parte da exposição Fogo na Babilônia, 2015, Pivô Arte e Pesquisa São Paulo, Brasil. 

Um carro equipado com um aparato de som percorre as ruas industriais da zona leste da cidade de São Paulo durante a noite. Emite o som de uma boiada sendo conduzida, como se ele mesmo representasse o fantasma dessa matriz de energia cultivada longe dali, mas ali mesmo consumida para se tornar a cidade.

Os mugidos e a as caixas sonoras remontam aos intonarumori, de Luigi Russolo, (conjunto de instrumentos musicais experimentais), numa referência à visão do Futurismo em oposição ao estado atual de uma cidade símbolo do capitalismo na América Latina.

Ghost, 2015

Part of the  exhibition Babylon burning, 2015, Pivô Art and Research, São Paulo, Brasil.


A car equipped with a sound system runs on the industrial streets of the eastern part of the São Paulo city during the night. It emits the sound of a cattle being led, as if it represented the ghost of a matrix energy cultivated far away, but right there, right now, to become part the city.

The mooing and sound speakers go back to the intonarumori, by Luigi Russolo (a set of experimental musical instruments), in reference to the vision of Futurism as opposed to the present state of a city that is a symbol of the capitalism in Latin America.
